Booking Terms and Conditions of Iron Pit Woods Adventure

1. Online bookings can only be made by anyone 18 years +
2. All online bookings will receive an email confirmation this will be required upon arrival
3. Privacy notice and disclaimer form must be read and confirmed before arrival
4. You must arrive 15 minutes before your allotted start times
5. All bookings are non refundable but can be transferred to another date if you cannot attend (under certain circumstances)
6. We remain open in all weather conditions ( except thunderstorms )
7. If we have to cancel any bookings as much notice as reasonably possible will be given. Any cancelled bookings by us will receive a full refund or be transferred to another date.
8. Maximum group numbers of 5 people
9. Any late arrivals may mean the booking needs to be cancelled
10. All participants must be within the allocated age ranges for the activities. Identification may be required
11. All users of the aerial assault course must not exceed the weight of 18 stone, be at least 120cm and above 8 years old
12. All users must adhere to all rules and regulations and follow all safety guidance given.
13. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Iron Pit Woods Adventure in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the Activities for any reasons after booking
14. Bookings can be made via web, email, phone or just by turning up
15. All birthday party or corporate packages must be pre paid in full 48 hours before arrival.
16. Payment by credit or debit card only. We are a cashless site.
